On Friday, November 14th, Legor, one of AFEMO’s valued member companies, opened its doors to a 5th-year class from ITIS De Pretto in Schio, as part of the PMI DAY – Industriamoci event organized by Confindustria.

This initiative aims to provide students with a direct insight into the business world, showcasing the professional opportunities it offers and the invaluable contributions of the people who drive the growth of companies. Through this hands-on experience, students were able to explore and better understand the professional landscape, while also considering their future career paths.

The theme of this year’s PMI DAY was “Choosing”, a concept that guided the event’s activities:

🔹 Choosing their future: Students had the chance to hear inspiring stories from Legor’s team members, who shared their personal career journeys and experiences in the industry.

🔹 Choosing responsibly: The visit also highlighted how Legor’s strategic decisions are driven by a responsible, people-centered approach, in line with the company’s values as a Benefit Company, committed to positive social and environmental impact.
