Who we are
La Fonte was founded in 1975 in Castiglione Olona (VA), in the cellar of its two founding partners. In 1978, it moved to a 300 m² facility and, in 1990, to an 800 m² plant in Vedano Olona. The company continued to grow, expanding into international markets. In 2002 and later in 2018, it relocated to its own larger facilities: first 2,000 m² and finally the current 4,000 m² headquarters, comprising 3,200 m² of production area and 800 m² dedicated to offices and services, with around 30 employees.
Today, La Fonte is recognized worldwide and exports to approximately 50 countries products for the handling, filtration, and purification of liquids, mainly for the galvanic, PCB, and jewelry sectors, including systems for the recovery of precious metals. Export sales account for over 50% of production, with key markets in Germany, the USA, Spain, France, Switzerland, Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Turkey.
Research, design, strategic machining, assembly, and testing are all carried out in-house, supported by an advanced management system. The company is equipped with plastic injection molding machines and high-productivity, flexible tools that ensure quality, competitiveness, and rapid spare parts supply within 24/48 hours worldwide.

LaFonte products cover the entire process: from the handling and filtration of galvanic baths using pumps and filter pumps, to the recovery of precious metals from various liquids—whether the metal is present as powder in an aqueous solution or dissolved in an acidic solution.
