Founded in 1993 with the development of titanium investment casting and welding technologies, Orotig invested early on in research and innovation, coming in 2005 to revolutionize the jewelry industry with the first compact laser welder.

Description of services
Orotig designs and manufactures in Italy high-quality, reliable and high-performance soldering and laser marking machines, furnaces and melting machines designed to meet the needs of customers ranging from small craft workshops to large goldsmiths.
Laser welders ensure precision and quality in both small machining and repairs and in continuous production runs that require power and reliability.
Laser systems for marking and cutting combine versatility with maximum precision, enabling machining operations such as photoengraving, 3D marking, serial marking operations, and metal cutting with thicknesses up to 4 mm. The casting range includes induction systems for casting gold, silver, platinum and a dedicated machine for titanium; a two-chamber furnace for firing molds completes the line up.
In addition to products, Orotig offers comprehensive support to its customers, from technical advice, to customizing machines to specific needs, to training and after-sales service.
